Buppah Rahtree (Chermarn Boonyasak) is back once again!
This time her spirit merges with a little razor blade girl called Pla (Nuttawan Saksiri) who got killed in Room 609.
Meanwhile, the apartment's landlady (Chantana Kittiyapan) and mini casino operator
(Kom Chuanchuen) are organizing an illegal gambling nearby the apartment block.
Rung (Mario Muarer), the young cartoonist who is a neighbour downstairs is eager to pursue
 Buppah for her tutorial help in his studies but got rejected due to unsuitable time.
Once the police discover about the illegal gambling in the apartment, one policeman from
 Hong Kong is assigned to catch the culprits involved.
This time Buppah, Pla and a corpse wrapped in white cloth is terrorizing Oscar Apartment.
This prompted the landlady to hire a Cambodian shaman (Somlek Sakdikul) to deal with the ghost spirits.
What is the outcome of the battle between the shaman and the ghost spirits?
Will the casino operator be caught by the police in the end?
 And will Rung be successful in pursuing Buppah's love?

ภายหลังเหตุคลื่นยักษ์สึนามิครั้งยิ่งใหญ่เมื่อ 26 ธันวาคม 2004 (พ.ศ.2547)
ประเทศไทยได้รับผลกระทบจากสภาวะโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปนับครั้งไม่ถ้วน
 และทวีความรุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ
ในปี 2022 (พ.ศ. 2565) รัฐบาลไทยภายใต้การนำของ "นายกรัฐมนตรีไตรภพ" (ภาณุเดช วัฒนสุชาติ)
 ได้ออกพระราชกำหนดฉุกเฉินจัดอันดับความรุนแรงของภัยพิบัติและวางแผนการเตือน ภัย
โดยจัดตั้ง "ศูนย์เตือนภัยภาคพื้นเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก และมหาสมุทรอินเดีย" ภายใต้การดูแลของ
 "ด๊อกเตอร์สยาม" (สุเชาว์ พงษ์วิไล) ซึ่งมีหนุ่มสาวรุ่นใหม่ไฟแรงสามคน คือ "ภูเก็ต" (พิศาล ศรีมั่นคง) "ซินดี้" (สิรินยา เจนเซ่น) และ "พีพี" (นิชาภา ประกรณ์กิจวัฒนา)
 ทำงานร่วมกันด้วยอุดมการณ์รักธรรมชาติอย่างมุ่งมั่น
มหันตภัยพิบัติครั้งใหญ่ที่สุดที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้น
 จากอ่าวไทยมุ่งหน้าถล่มใจกลางกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างย่อยยับ

Story :
Meat Grinder takes you to taste the bizarre horror of traditional noodle recipe cooked by Bus, a woman who owns a noodle stall, a unique noodle stall.
 Bus has been living with tension and stress for all of her life, she works hard for her family as a noodle cook. 
Sometimes, she is controlled by a mysterious voice that suggests her to do or not to do things. 
One day, she encounters a chaos in town and is rescued by a guy named Uttapol who later becomes her companion. 
That evening after the chaos, Bus surprisingly discovers a guy lying dead under her stall, she discreetly looks at him and comes up with her new recipe.
 Bus begins to slice his flesh, mix it with spices, and throw it into her noodle pot. 
After her secret recipe is introduced, Bus gains so many customers and reputation of her delicious noodle. 
Meanwhile, the haunting voice still keeps talking to her, and tell her what to do. 
Bus tactfully starts to lure and murder people. 
The more she kills, the more of her dark side reveals. 
And when Uttapol begins to suspect Bus' behavior, he stumbles on the evil of her as he is now the hunted.

 บุษ เจ้าของร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อสูตรโบราณต้องรับภาระหนักทำงานหาเลี้ยงครอบครัว เพื่อเลี้ยงดู น้องบัว น้องสาวต่างวัยที่มีขาพิการเพียงลำพัง เมื่อใครๆถามถึง ประวิทย์ สามีที่ไม่ค่อยเอาถ่าน เธอก็จะตอบว่าประวิทย์หนีไปกับ
 อ้อย ลูกจ้างในร้านตั้งนานแล้ว ทุกครั้งที่บุษกดดัน เธอมักจะหาทางออกด้วยการมุดหัวดำลงไปในโอ่งน้ำ 
แล้วตะโกนเพื่อระบายความเก็บกด แต่กลายเป็นว่า เธอกลับได้ยินเสียงอู้อี้เหมือนคนพูดคุยกันผ่านเข้าไปในหูของเธอ 
จากนั้นมาเธอมักจะได้ยินเสียงแปลกๆกระซิบอยู่ข้างหูสั่งให้ทำโน่นทำนี่อยู่เสมอ
 วันหนึ่งระหว่างมีการชุมนุมประท้วงของกลุ่มนักศึกษา บุษกำลังเข็นรถก๋วยเตี๋ยวขายอยู่พอดี
 เมื่อมีการใช้กำลังทหารเข้าสลายการชุมนุม เกิดความโกลาหลขึ้น อรรถพล 
ก็วิ่งเข้ามาช่วยบุษให้วิ่งหนีไปได้ทันท่วงที ทำให้ทั้งสองคนได้รู้จักกันเป็นครั้งแรก 
เย็นวันนั้นตอนเก็บรถเข็นเข้าหลังร้าน เธอถึงได้รู้ว่ามีใครคนหนึ่งแอบอยู่ในรถเข็น
แต่รอยกระสุนที่ผ่านทะลุเข้าไปได้ ทำให้ชายคนนั้นเสียชีวิตไปนานแล้ว บุษมองดูร่างไร้วิญญาณของชายคนนั้น
 และจัดการแล่เนื้อหมักสมุนไพรตามสูตรโบราณของครอบครัว จากนั้นมาลูกค้าต่างร่ำลือถึงรสชาติที่เอร็ดอร่อย 
ทำให้กิจการของเธอเติบโตขายดิบขายดี ลูกค้าคนสำคัญคนนึงของร้านก็คือ อรรถพล คนที่คอยเห็นอกเห็นใจเธออยู่ตลอด 
แต่เสียงกระซิบของร่างเด็กสาวผมยาวยังคงมีอิทธิพลกับการใช้ชีวิตของบุษเสมอ 
ทำยังไงก็ไม่สามารถสลัดทิ้งออกจากหัวได้ เธอเริ่มคิดค้นสูตรก๋วยเตี๋ยวใหม่ๆ 
จากเนื้อคนที่เธอหลอกเอามาฆ่าทีละคนๆอย่างแนบเนียน บุษเริ่มปันใจให้อรรถพลจากความดีที่เขาแสดงออกต่อเธอ
 ความสัมพันธ์ของบุษกับอรรถพลก่อตัวจนสุขงอมและยอมมอบกายให้กับเขา
 แต่เมื่ออรรถพลเริ่มถลำตัวก็ยิ่งมองเห็นด้านมืดอันน่ากลัวของบุษเข้า เขาจึงพยายามหลบหน้าบุษและหันไปคบกับ นิดา 
นักศึกษาสาวรุ่นน้องที่มหาวิทยาลัย จนเธอเกิดอาการหึงหวงจนถึงขั้นวิกลจริต 
วางแผนลวงให้นิดาเข้ามาในร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวของเธอ และจับขังทรมานไว้ในห้องใต้ดิน นิดาได้พบว่า
 ประวิทย์กับอ้อยถูกขังอยู่ในห้องนั้น 
ประวิทย์ยังมีชีวิตอยู่แบบครึ่งคนครึ่งสัตว์ เขามีชีวิตอยู่ได้จากการแทะกินศพของอ้อยที่นอนตายอยู่ข้างๆ
 แต่เมื่ออรรถพลรู้ว่านิดาโดนบุษหลอกไป เขาก็เร่งรีบตามมาช่วยเหลือ บุษจึงรีบหลบหนีออกจากที่นั่นอย่างเจ็บแค้นใจ
 เธอวิ่งไปอย่างคลุ้มคลั่ง โดยไม่หันกลับมามองอีกเลย และสุดท้ายเธอก็ได้เลือกทางออกสำหรับตัวเอง

Story :

The story of a writer named Kwanpilin (Roongrawee Borijindakul) who just finished her latest book, a story about a evil lizard. One day, on the way back to Bangkok, she buys an old, small wood box from a local villager and that's when the mystery begins. 
Kwanpilin comes face to face with strange illusions and a supernatural curse with lizards, but no one believes her. 
Her boyfriend, Vitool (Pete Thongchua) is a psychiatrist, suggests she go see a doctor for some help, but she refuses. Kwanpilin soon realizes something is threatening her life and starts to discover a way to stop it without knowing that she may be the cause of this mysterious evil.
