เรื่องย่อ

ออสการ์ อพาร์ทเมนต์ ขึ้นชื่อลือชาว่าเฮี้ยนนักเฮี้ยนหนา โดยเฉพาะห้อง
609 ที่เจ้าของอพาร์ทเมนต์ถึงกับปิดตายทั้งชั้น "รับประกันความเฮี้ยน"
จะมีก็แต่แก๊งโจรมือใหม่หัดปล้น (เด่น,เด๋อ,ดู๋,ดี๋) และ"ทิพย์" สาวตาบอด
(เมย์ พิชญ์นาฎ) ที่ไม่ได้รู้เรื่องรู้ราวอะไรกับใครเขา
ขอเปิดห้องพักหน้าตาเฉย แต่เมื่อ "คน" อยู่ดีไม่ว่าดีดันไปยุ่มย่ามในที่ของ
"ผี"...เจ้าของห้อง 609 อย่าง "บุปผา" (พลอย เฌอมาลย์) และ "เอก" (กฤษณ์
ศรีภูมิเศรษฐ์) เลยระเบิดแรงอาฆาต "ตามคำขอ"
อพาร์ทเมนต์ผีสิงจึงได้อลหม่านฮาแตกอีกครั้ง!!

 Set in the same Oscar apartment as its precursor, Rahtree Returns
follows the afterlives of the two ghosts, Buppha and Akekapon, who still
haunt room 609 of the otherwise-deserted apartment block. 
Chaos returns when the place is selected as a refuge by two groups of losers. 
A gang of bank robbers foolishly pick it as their hideout, while a young blind
woman unable to find money for an eye operation decides to kill herself
there. 
Their fates become intertwined when the stolen money is accidentally left in room 609.
